First of all, i didn't believe that nemeziz said it was 2am when the sun is up. Anyway, i love the composition, texture, and black and white contrast on the broadway. It has great center focus point leading you to the water. But little too much black contrast, either that this photo will be great background image for anything to the purpose.

I think little bit use on noise reduction on the photo will make the photo clear and much more clarity. But other else, the sky to the water to broadway make the whole photo that you want to be there.
The Artist thought this was FAIR

Nice photo, I like the composition. Although this photo gives me a feeling of off-balance because the left rail feels longer than the right rail. And I would also like a bit of detail at the far end of the rails, other then that you did a pretty good job.

This is a great shot! Even though it seems that the focal point in the middle is a great use of thirds, and perspective. I wish I could draw landscapes like that! Very inspiring photo!
