Picture of the setup I used: [link]

Gear: Canon 40D with Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 and a Sigma flash.
Post production: Sharpened, tuned up a little on the blackpoint and cropped it. On this one I turned up the saturation too.

~fahabb showed me some great links to some smoke photography and so I decided to test it out myself. My sister had some incense lying around so I drove over and picked that up and gave it a shot:)

Feedback in terms of comments and critiques especially are most welcome! Favourites also of course:)

My pictures are not to be used in any other form or shape on any other websites or similar withouth my permission.

:D This is beautiful!! I love all the color tones. The blue really drew me
into this second shot. The first shot is amazing too. But I really love the
different colors brought out in this shot.

Smoke is so fun to play with, this is my best shot [link] But yours I could look at for hours. Just stunning for the eyes :D

I like both versions, but maybe I prefer this one slightly more (only by a bit, though) because the bottom of the flame is straight. Still, they're both cool pictures.
